Talking of gardens.....

Delhi has a beautiful garden in the premises of the Presidents house- open  for public viewing only for a month - usually from February 15 to March 15 when flowers bloom in this part of the world  -- a season  that  we call spring. The Moghul Garden as it is called was designed by none  other than the  British garden designer and horticulturalist Gertude Jekyll.   A large circular pond surrounded by  several rising tiers of  billowing flower beds . The heady scent  as you walk through,  is heavenly.  Edward Lutyens, the famous British architect , designed the presidential abode.
